Steps Module (with Feedback Form) vs. 2.0
Beschreibung: Steps is a plan of salvation module for PHP-Nuke 6.X Based on "Steps to Peace with God" by: Billy Graham. I have also included a feedback form module called "Accepted" to work with the Steps module as a way for a user that has accepted Christ to tell you of their decision. Beschreibung: Weatherharvest BETA v0.7.0 - what's new? Now that I've gotten over killing databases, I've gotten down to some real data collection and a few bugs.
Fixed parsing errors in index.php
Added NOAA BUOY Marine Data for the WORLD! (HUGE addition, pretty cool) There is an initialization table upgrade from 0.5.0 to 0.7.0
Added Weather Summaries - NOAA lists summaries for selected cities throughout the world. This simple routine allows you to see the collected data for those specified regions
Added Canada to the list of weather cities. No radar yet, but it is coming!
Installation Instructions Power users - if you want to upgrade - you can! If you have successfully installed BETA 0.4.0, you may apply WHUpgrade0-4to0-5.sql. If you have successfully installed BETA 0.5.0 you may apply WHUpgrade0-5to0.7.sql.
Apply the rest of the code in it's respective location as with previous installs. Just to be SAFE! The zip file provided is based on a directory structure "/www/phpnuke6.5/...". This is what the development machine is. Future PROD zips will start from "html" under your particular PHPNuke version.
Steps to success:
Unzip and copy files to their correct locations in your PHPNuke site
CHMOD the "modules/WeatherHarvest/cache" directory to 777
Apply the WeatherHarvest0-7.sql file AND WeatherHarvestMORE0-7.sql. It is applied through the mySQL command line or through an admin tool such as phpMyAdmin. This file will wipe old databases, and create new ones.
IMPORTANT: Before activating your block and module, you must go through your admin panel and set up your defaults in the initialization table. All paths are based on "root" and must have a trailing '/' You'll receive errors if they are entered wrong. Your cache paths from "root" should all be the same. If you are a power user, you can set up a seperate cache path for radar images.
Note: Cache timeout is for cleanup and regeneration of data files. NOAA typically updates every 30 minutes unless a significant event is taking place.
HTTP protocol is the preferred. If you choose FTP, you could experience a "slow" site. I give you the lodaed gun - use it wisely!
Once you have successfully saved your initialization data, activate your block and module. You may place the module in your "links" block, as it now has menu options for users.
At this time, you may want to set up your default site city. You perform this through the admin panel.
A quick note about root paths Keep in mind that the root path of an Operating System and the root path of PHPNuke are very different things. When trying to find the root path of your hosting Operating System, you need to telnet to the system, change directories to '/' ('' for Windows systems), and then progress until you are back at your sites home directory. The root directory of your PHPNuke install will minimally be the home directory of your site (where you are when you first log-in to your telnet session). I know this can be confusing, and it's certainly not easy to explain - but it makes a HUGE difference in your ability to read/write to various directories in your site path. Beschreibung: This is a modification of PHP-Nuke's original Your Account module for PHP-Nuke 7.1 that provides an alternative to the avatar issues present when saving changes in Nuke's profile, your current avatar is displayed along with a list of available avatar galleries. Selecting a new avatar is as easy as browsing through the galleries and clicking on the desired avatar. Uploaded avatars will still have to be entered through the forum's profile, currently if avatar uploading is enabled on your forums the control panel will switch the disabled message to a link to the forum's profile. Live Journals embed multiple vs. 0.3

Your_Account vs. 7.0 Hack
Beschreibung: This is a modification of the 7.0 Your_Account module. Instead of the acount activation emails being sent to the users for approval they are sent to the admin. Then when the admin approves the user the user gets and email telling them they are approved with their username and password. I was looking for something for PHP-Nuke 7.0 and could not find anything so I rolled my own. It has only been tested with 7.0!

Beschreibung: This addon will ensure your site always secure from hacking activities to steal admin accounts. It will prevent someone else to create an admin account, login as valid admin, or delete any admin accounts. Only God admin has access right to main control panel and two activation codes required to restored back all admin accounts to last valid states, in case God admin account has been tampered.
This addon will create a "mirror" database table with your choosen name, which will be used to be compared with actual admin account records. Admin account with different records will be "suspended" from admin panel activities until approved by God admin. This addon is the last protection for your site against admin account's hacking activities. Even they can exploit admin accounts through SQL injections, they cannot accessing your site as an admin. The only disadvantage this addon is, when your site admin has changes their account (name, nickname, password, etc), their admin access will temporarily suspended until approved. All administration activities through this addon (approving or rejecting changed accounts) should be done manually, by flesh and blood human because that's the best protection we can get.
Has been tested on PHP-Nuke 6.9, and 7.0!

Media-Player MoviX2 vs. 0.3.1 Pre 4 zip
Beschreibung: MoviX2 is a small Linux distro on CD aimed at playing multimedia: when you boot your PC with the MoviX2 CD the distro should be able to start X-windows and launch gmplayer, the GUI interface to mplayer, so that you are left with a nice user-friendly interface you can control by your mouse.
At that point you can safely remove the MoviX2 CD and play all multimedia files you want: DVD [no zone constraint], VCD, DivX, avi, mpg, mp3, ogg etc.
The idea of MoviX2 came to solve two different problems arising from MoviX.
First of all with MoviX you cannot watch DVDs, mainly because you have no space to copy vob files in a 700MB MoviX CD.
Furthermore, those of you who have already a big archive of multimedia CDs would probably not happy at the idea of "MoviX-ing" them all.
