Beschreibung: Mozilla Firefox ist ein Browser, der auf dem bekannten Mozilla aufbaut, im Gegensatz zu diesem aber auch für Endanwender entwickelt wurde.
Das Ziel des Mozilla Firefox-Projekts ist es, einen sicheren, schnellen, schlanken und einfach zu bedienenden Browser zu erstellen. Dabei beschränken sich die Entwickler auf den reinen Browser und verzichten bewusst auf ein integriertes Mail- oder Chatprogramm. Da Mozilla Firefox auf dem Mozilla-Programmcode basiert, ist es natürlich auch frei (Open Source) und für jeden Interessierten kostenlos verfügbar.
Mozilla Firefox bietet Ihnen viele nützliche Funktionen, wie z.B. einen "Pop-Up-Blocker", der auf Wunsch Werbefenster ausblendet, die unaufgefordert aufspringen. Auch das "Tabbed-Browsing", mit dem man mehrere Seiten in einem Fenster darstellen kann, möchte man bereits nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr missen.
Mozilla Firefox ist in weiten Teilen sehr einfach konfigurierbar. So kann man sich bei Bedarf eine eigene Menüleiste zusammenstellen, oder das ganze Menü in einer Zeile unterbringen (nützlich bei niedrigen Auflösungen). Außerdem entwickelt eine große Gemeinschaft unablässig neue Erweiterungen, wie beispielsweise die "Mausgesten", mit denen man Mozilla Firefox bedienen kann ohne sich erst durch die Menüs zu klicken!

Media-Player MoviX2 vs. 0.3.1 Pre 4 tar.gz
Beschreibung: MoviX2 is a small Linux distro on CD aimed at playing multimedia: when you boot your PC with the MoviX2 CD the distro should be able to start X-windows and launch gmplayer, the GUI interface to mplayer, so that you are left with a nice user-friendly interface you can control by your mouse.
At that point you can safely remove the MoviX2 CD and play all multimedia files you want: DVD [no zone constraint], VCD, DivX, avi, mpg, mp3, ogg etc.
The idea of MoviX2 came to solve two different problems arising from MoviX.
First of all with MoviX you cannot watch DVDs, mainly because you have no space to copy vob files in a 700MB MoviX CD.
Furthermore, those of you who have already a big archive of multimedia CDs would probably not happy at the idea of "MoviX-ing" them all.
MoviX2 solves both problems: it is not made to be embedded with the movie in a CD but just to be loaded in a PC to transform it in a true MultiMedia Box, so after that you can extract from your CD/DVD-ROM the MoviX2 CD and insert & play every DVD/VCD/CD you have around.
So remember: MoviX2 is not an "improved" version of MoviX nor a replacement for it! It has a totally different philosophy behind, the mplayer binary is compiled with different options and it is used for different purposes.
The name is similar because anyway they are both related to Unix and movies :-)
The exponent on the X of MoviX2 is there to indicate that there are two Xs in MoviX2: one is the X of Unix and the other is the X of XFree86 :-)

PHPNuke 5.5 VKP Beta 0 zip
Beschreibung: PHPNuke VKP 5.5 ist zu 99% kompatibel mit PHP-Nuke-Version 5.5 und unterliegt damit den normalen GPL-Bestimmungen. Alle Module, die mit PHP-Nuke 5.5 laufen, haben auch mit dem VKP kein Problem. Besonderheiten bei der Installation von Modulen sind nicht zu beachten. Die Datenbank wird durch das VKP nicht verändert. Das einzige Modul, welches ausgetauscht wurde, ist das Private_Messages.
Der Kern selbst beinhaltet 3 API:

Media-Player MoviX2 vs. 0.3.1 Pre 4 exe
Beschreibung: MoviX2 is a small Linux distro on CD aimed at playing multimedia: when you boot your PC with the MoviX2 CD the distro should be able to start X-windows and launch gmplayer, the GUI interface to mplayer, so that you are left with a nice user-friendly interface you can control by your mouse.
At that point you can safely remove the MoviX2 CD and play all multimedia files you want: DVD [no zone constraint], VCD, DivX, avi, mpg, mp3, ogg etc.
The idea of MoviX2 came to solve two different problems arising from MoviX.
First of all with MoviX you cannot watch DVDs, mainly because you have no space to copy vob files in a 700MB MoviX CD.
Furthermore, those of you who have already a big archive of multimedia CDs would probably not happy at the idea of "MoviX-ing" them all.
MoviX2 solves both problems: it is not made to be embedded with the movie in a CD but just to be loaded in a PC to transform it in a true MultiMedia Box, so after that you can extract from your CD/DVD-ROM the MoviX2 CD and insert & play every DVD/VCD/CD you have around.
So remember: MoviX2 is not an "improved" version of MoviX nor a replacement for it! It has a totally different philosophy behind, the mplayer binary is compiled with different options and it is used for different purposes.
The name is similar because anyway they are both related to Unix and movies :-)
The exponent on the X of MoviX2 is there to indicate that there are two Xs in MoviX2: one is the X of Unix and the other is the X of XFree86 :-)

PowerBatch vs. 1.40
Beschreibung: PowerBatch dient in erster Linie zum Verändern mehrerer Bilder in einem Arbeitsgang. Es konvertiert Bilder nach JPEG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, PNG und JPEG2000. Zur Bildbearbeitung stehen einige Filter und Werkzeuge zur Verfügung. Für das Umbenennen von Bildern können Sie Kombinationen aus dem Datum und der Uhrzeit der EXIF-Daten sowie einer fortlaufenden Nummerierung und einer beliebigen Zeichenkette verwenden. Die Bilder eines Ordners lassen sich auch als AVI-Film speichern. Sobald im Foldersbereich ein Ordner mit Bildern erreicht wurde, werden sie alle als Thumbnail in der Files-Leiste angezeigt. Der Collage-Bereich erlaubt hier das Zusammenfügen von zwei oder mehreren Bildern. Das FTP-Register führt Sie zum integrierten FTP-Client, mit dem Sie Bilder auf einen Server hochladen. Weitere Features sind das Auslesen von EXIF-Daten, das Hinzufügen von Wasserzeichen und der 'Batch-Ausdruck'!
